Returns & Refunds

Unwanted Vape Hardware

Unused vape hardware may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the item remains unopened and in its original packaging.

Online purchases that have been opened may still be returned if completely unused and returned with all accessories and packaging included.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Refill Pods, Prefilled Pods & E-Liquids

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Planet Puff cannot accept returns on:

• Opened refill pods
• Prefilled pods
• E-liquids
• Drip tips
• Used vape consumables

Rechargeable vape kits and prefilled pod systems are consumable products and are not covered by warranty once opened or used.

Claims relating to flavour quality, puff counts, or consumable lifespan cannot be guaranteed as usage varies between users.

All puff counts displayed are manufacturer estimates.

Coil & Atomizer Returns

Vape coils and atomizers are consumable items with a limited lifespan.

Dead-on-arrival coil claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

For best performance, new coils should be primed and left to soak before use.

Faulty Vape Hardware

Eligible vape hardware products include a 30-day warranty against manufacturing faults.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage
• Incorrect assembly
• Wear and tear
• Misuse or neglect
• Liquid damage

Faulty products must be returned in their original packaging for testing and inspection before replacement or refund approval.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Planet Puff within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Delivery & Dispatch

Same Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability and payment checks.

Orders placed after 3pm Friday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery options may include:

Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, additional postage charges may apply for reshipping.

Refunds for returned orders may be subject to reasonable administration and handling deductions.
