Delivery Policy – Planet Puff

UK Vape Delivery & Dispatch

Planet Puff delivers vape products across the UK using trusted courier and postal services chosen for reliability, efficiency, and secure delivery.

We aim to dispatch all vape orders quickly while providing full tracking information where available.

Same Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day, subject to:

  • Stock availability
  • Security checks
  • Payment authorisation

Orders placed after 4pm Friday will be dispatched on the next working day, excluding bank holidays.

Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout in case we need to contact you regarding your order.

Shipping Methods

DPD Delivery

DPD deliveries include tracking information and estimated delivery windows through the DPD app.

DPD delivery options may include:

  • Next Working Day Delivery – £5.00
  • Weekend Delivery – £7.50
  • Local Collect Services

Please note that next day delivery services are not guaranteed, although most parcels arrive the following working day.

For some remote UK locations, Planet Puff may use alternative delivery services where necessary.

If you choose a safe place delivery option, responsibility for the parcel transfers once delivery has been completed.

DX Delivery

DX delivery services are available Monday to Friday from £5.00.

This is a priority tracked delivery service for UK mainland addresses.

Royal Mail Delivery

Royal Mail delivery services may include:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £5.00
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Working Day – £12.50
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm – £14.50

Tracked services include delivery updates and estimated delivery windows where available.

Guaranteed next day services apply to working days only and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Parcel Weight & Delivery Changes

If your parcel exceeds courier weight or size restrictions, Planet Puff reserves the right to use an alternative delivery service at no additional cost.

Damaged Parcels

Please do not accept parcels that appear visibly damaged on delivery.

If a damaged parcel is accepted, Planet Puff and the delivery courier may not be held responsible for any missing or damaged contents.

Delayed Or Missing Deliveries

Except for guaranteed next day services, Planet Puff cannot investigate delayed deliveries until 5 working days after dispatch.
