Returns & Refund Policy – Planet Puff

At Planet Puff, we aim to provide high-quality vape products, refill pods, rechargeable vape kits, and accessories with reliable customer service. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Unwanted Vape Hardware Returns

Unused vape hardware can be returned within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original unopened packaging.

For online orders, we may accept opened products if they remain completely unused and are returned with all original packaging and accessories included.

Customers returning online purchases are responsible for return postage costs. Please contact Planet Puff before sending any item back so we can authorise the return.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

E-Liquids, Refill Pods & Drip Tips

Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, Planet Puff cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened e-liquids
  • Used refill pods
  • Opened prefilled pods
  • Drip tips that have been opened or used

This policy helps ensure all vaping products remain safe and hygienic for customers.

Rechargeable Vape Kits & Prefilled Pods

Rechargeable vape kits and prefilled pod systems are consumable products. For hygiene and safety reasons, these items are not covered by warranty once opened or used.

Planet Puff cannot accept warranty claims for:

  • Used prefilled pods
  • Lack of flavour or taste
  • Puff count expectations
  • General consumable wear

Please note that all advertised puff counts are manufacturer estimates and may vary depending on personal vaping habits.

Vape Hardware Warranty

All vape mods and eligible hardware products include a 60-day warranty against manufacturing faults.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect assembly
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Accidental damage
  • Wear and tear
  • Customer-caused damage

If your vape hardware develops a fault within 60 days of purchase or delivery, please contact Planet Puff with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Postcode
  • Details of the issue

We may attempt troubleshooting before authorising a return.

Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging for inspection and testing. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Coil & Atomizer Returns

Vape coils and atomizers are consumable parts with a limited lifespan.

Planet Puff accepts dead-on-arrival coil claims if reported within 48 hours of delivery or purchase.

For best performance, new coils should be primed and left to soak for at least 15 minutes before use.

Damaged Vape Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Planet Puff within 48 hours of delivery or purchase.

Unfortunately, claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
