Return & Refund Policy
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns, all purchases are final. Damaged or faulty item claims will be processed within 7 working days of notification, as will shortfalls in the order. To compensate for faulty goods we will reward store credit or an exchange. We will not be held responsible for goods that are lost in the post on their return. Damaged items received must be reported with 24 hours of delivery. Items will ONLY be considered faulty if they are ‘Dead on Arrival’. We do not guarantee the taste or puff count as this is subjective and cannot be verified. We do not take responsibility for products that have been incorrectly activated. This is solely the customers responsibility.
